I have been ordering from temu for almost a year. They do all that they claim. 95+% of products are high quality and exactly as expected. Any item that's not what is expected, is late, or is missing is refunded or compensated (store credit in most cases, monetary refund with a wait is an option). Customer service is automatic, but if you do need to speak to someone, you can. Sizes run true almost 100 % of the time. Dont forget the price adjustments, where you get money back if the price drops.

I finally JUST got a Temu account after knowing about it when it first became mainstream, lol. And I'm disappointed I didn't do it sooner. Absolutely affordable prices with installment plans for payment if you can't pay it all upfront and the Klarna one goes towards your credit, so if you're trying to find ways to up your credit score, you can shop for it 😎, just make sure to pay your payments on time or early! Soooo many items to choose from. I absolutely love this site, a def recommend!!

Love this store, The only small issue is the sizes are a little small on most items, but if your aware and get a size up everything will be fine. The style of everything is so great, it's hard to find alot of those styles in in person stores. I really recommend trying this app out, it's also safe to use your personal card to purchase from here. Which sadly isn't the case with alot of things these days. Good luck though I don't think you'll need it! Great app it's worth giving it a shot

this is the best shopping experience I've ever had. the prices are fantastic. the products are made well. Free shipping. they accept returns. The delivery time is very reasonable. The rewards they give to stimulate you to buy are very effective. Things like 90% off of something in your cart. cart items reduced to .01 cent. coupon bundles for future purchases. there's too many perks to list. I'm in love with Temu.

The vase range of products and prices on offer are truly amazing. You can pick up a number of really useful household items for a fraction of the cost from the high street. The only downside is that some of the products are not as advertised and not of quality but overall the prices are cheap enough and if it's not fit for purpose, they have an excellent return policy and it's very convenient to drop off at many different locations and methods of returning. Temu is my go-to for my shopping binge. Like any other site, items will not be up to standard, but overall, their service is off the charts. Their prices are so reasonable and for me it is definitely the free delivery. They are so organised and have their customers fully informed of transfers, orders payment. I am so very impressed. However, once I understood the temu, how they will keep looking and putting things in your cart, I found it easy to put the brakes on. Yes, they have an absolutely overwhelming and ever changing selection, and once they get a handle on what attracts your eye you'll get shown an avalanche of related options, but so far I have been reasonably happy with my purchases.

Lots of great stuff on this app, but read product and shipping info carefully! The promo and sale gimmicks are a bit annoying but can be easily bypassed. Also, you'll start getting lots of reminder emails if you leave stuff in your cart. The app doesn't crash or go weird on you, but it can be addictive and have you going down the rabbit hole of shopping if you're not careful!
